La Boite is a member of Theatre Network Australia .
We endorse the Theatre Network NSW Code of Behaviour and the principles of Responsibility, Raising Awareness and Reporting within that Code. We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive workplace for all our artists, employees, audiences and collaborators. We have zero tolerance for harassment and bullying and are proud to publish our Preventing Discrimination, Sexual Harassment and Bullying Policy which has been ratified by the La Boite Board and implement at all levels of La Boite’s operations.
Over 90 years of existence takes resilience and ingenuity. La Boite has survived two World Wars, censorship, public outrage, politically-charged programming, changing tastes, floods and the constant flirting with failure that comes with walking the tightrope between risk and certainty. Ultimately, La Boite’s history is your history. Whether you have been with us for years or are new to the fold, we welcome you to share your stories.
