What Can I Do to Be Safe During My Visit to the Theatre?

What Should I Do if I Feel Unwell Before Attending a Performance?
Stay home if you are unwell.
If you are experiencing any of the symptoms of COVID-19 - including cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath - you must stay home.
If you are unwell, La Boite strongly urges you to get tested for COVID-19.
If I've tested positive for covid-19, what can I do?
For patrons who have tested positive for COVID-19, we will provide a fee-free exchange into another performance or into another La Boite mainstage production.
Alternatively, La Boite will apply the face value of your ticket as credit onto the ticketholder’s La Boite ticketing account. This means you can apply this value to any future purchase at La Boite.
If you cannot attend a performance because you have tested positive for COVID-19, please contact our ticketing team on (07) 3007 8600 or ticketing@laboite.com.au no more than 24 hours after the Event start time.
Please note these additional remedies only apply for La Boite mainstage shows. For external hirers or special events, it will be at the Promoter's discretion. Please contact the La Boite ticketing team to discuss your options.
