How To Redeem
- Determine which play, date and time you would like to see.
- Redeem the Gift Voucher online at tickets.laboite.com.au or by contacting the ticketing team on (07) 3007 8600 or ticketing@laboite.com.au.
- When prompted at the cart screen, insert your Gift Voucher number/s to redeem the balance of your voucher.
Delivery
Gift Vouchers are available as e-Vouchers, delivered via email. Once your order has been placed you will receive an automated confirmation email with your purchase details including Gift Voucher credentials.
If you would like a PDF voucher which you can printed at home to gift to someone, please let us know at ticketing@laboite.com.au. We are unfortunately unable to post physical vouchers.
Terms & Conditions
La Boite ticket prices are subject to change and differ from show to show. Please see show pages for current ticket prices.
- Gift Vouchers will be allocated a unique booking reference number. This number is required to use or check the available balance of the voucher.
- Gift Vouchers are redeemable for tickets only, not for cash, food and beverage, merchandise or other purchases.
- Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed for Productions / Events presented by La Boite Theatre only and may not be used for other Events (such as venue hires).
- Gift Vouchers are redeemable in whole or part. Any remaining balance on your Gift Voucher must be used for another ticket purchase before the original expiry date.
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years (36 months) from the date of purchase and may not be redeemed after this time. Gift vouchers may be used for performances scheduled more than three years from the date of purchase, provided the booking is made within the three-year validity period.
- If the ticket price of the chosen performance exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the difference is required to be paid when redeeming.
- We do not accept any liability for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers.
- The purchaser is responsible for proving the correct email address for delivery. If an incorrect email address is supplied and the Gift Voucher has been redeemed, they cannot be replaced.
