Australia’s longest running Youth Theatresports Competition
Building confidence, communication and teamwork since 1989.
For more than 36 years, Youth Theatresports has given thousands of Queensland students the chance to perform, compete and discover what they can achieve on stage.
The best high school Theatresports teams from across South-East Queensland will take the stage for a final show down at the Queensland Youth Theatresports Grand Finals.
The Finals will bring together the State’s most talented young improvisers for an evening of big characters, unexpected storytelling, and plenty of laughs.
Over 100 teams have competed across 22 heats and semi-finals as part of the competition. The top 7 teams from each Division now have the chance to compete for the title of the 2026 Queensland Youth Theatresports Champions
