La Boite Theatre, The Little Red Company and Brisbane Festival are excited to announce the cast for Rachel Burke’s Fancy Long Legs.
We are thrilled to reveal newcomer Mia Lierich (Fancy), will be joined by Irena Lysiuk as Incy, Kate Yaxley as Busy and Tim Carroll as Charlotte.
We’re so excited to be working with these four Queensland artists as they each make their La Boite Mainstage debuts.

Mia Lierich
She / Her
Proud Queenslander and Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University graduate Mia Lierich completed her Bachelor of Acting in 2023 and makes her La Boite Mainstage debut in Rachel Burke's Fancy Long Legs.
Incy
Irena Lysiuk
She/Her
Irena is an accomplished soprano who has captivated audiences as a crowd favourite with The Little Red Company, Opera Queensland, Brisbane City Opera, Musica Viva, and at the Lord Mayor’s Christmas Carols.
Busy
Kate Yaxley
She/Her
Kate has been bringing the joy through her performances with the National Theatre for Children, Queensland Theatre, Shake and Stir Theatre Company, The Seven Sopranos, Melbourne Cabaret Festival, and Woodward Productions.
Charlotte
Tim Carroll
He/Him
Tim's talents have shone through collaborations with Shake and Stir, Opera Queensland, Queensland Theatre, Brisbane Powerhouse, CDP Theatre Producers and Underground Broadway.
